01 / TOKEN RIGHTS

The token does not give you the collection.

Under the proposed V1 design, holding a PokéStrategy token does not provide equity in any entity associated with the project, ownership or a beneficial interest in treasury assets, a claim on cash or sale proceeds, redemption for cards or money, voting or governance rights, dividends, yield, or revenue or profit sharing.

Treasury assets are project-controlled assets, not reserves redeemable by token holders. A growing collection does not establish a token price floor or guarantee appreciation. Displayed collection value is not token backing, net asset value per token, or a redemption quote.

No future governance, airdrop, distribution, buyback, redemption, or additional utility is promised. Discussion of possible future features does not confer those rights. Any adopted change would require separate legal review and updated disclosures.

These descriptions do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law gives you. Calling an asset a meme coin or describing it as having no treasury rights does not determine its legal classification.

02 / MATERIAL RISKS

You could lose the entire purchase amount.

• Price and liquidity. Token prices can change sharply or fall to zero. There may be no buyer, usable market, or reliable exit. Thin liquidity, concentration, manipulation, slippage, and trading fees can increase losses.
• Technology and wallets. Smart-contract errors, compromised keys, malicious approvals, counterfeit tokens, network congestion, outages, transaction ordering, or failed integrations can cause loss. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
• Stablecoins and service providers. Acquisition cash and settlement depend on external infrastructure, including USDC. Depegging, issuer restrictions, freezes, custody failures, insolvency, and service interruptions can affect funds and operations.
• Collection and custody. Cards can fall in value, be difficult to sell, or be affected by authenticity, grading, damage, loss, theft, insurance exclusions, or custody disputes. Tokenized records do not eliminate the physical custodian’s risks.
• Regulation and continuity. Laws, enforcement, platform rules, intellectual-property disputes, or operating failures may restrict trading, require changes, or end the project. No continued operation, listing, reimbursement, or insurance protection is promised.

Do not purchase with money you cannot afford to lose. Collection estimates, past pulls, and historical prices do not predict future token or card returns.

03 / GACHA & TREASURY

Project purchases, with randomized outcomes.

The planned acquisition policy uses designated trading-fee revenue for pulls from the $5,000 Pokémon gacha only. Each purchase spends exactly 5,000 USDC on Collector Crypt's $5,000 Pokémon gacha. Pack identifiers, payment details, fees, and availability must be verified against the provider before launch.

A pull’s contents and outcome depend on the provider’s rules and systems. The received card may be worth less than the purchase cost. No particular card, rarity, minimum resale value, odds, or expected return is promised by this website. Past pulls and recent results are not a statement of the next pull’s probabilities.

Buying or holding the project token does not buy an individual gacha pull for you, enter you into a prize drawing, or give you a right to receive or redeem any resulting card. The proposed flow sends acquired assets to the project treasury.

Reaching the funding threshold does not guarantee immediate execution. Purchases can be delayed, paused, fail, or remain unresolved. An unconfirmed card receipt is not a completed acquisition.

The planned treasury is a Squads multisig with separate vaults for USDC and for cards. At launch it has one human signer, the project owner's hardware wallet, plus an automated off-chain keeper that can withdraw USDC for purchases only, up to 50,000 USDC per day, and cannot move cards. Physical cards depend on external custody. The treasury is not fully trustless or permanently locked. The owner can move, sell, redeem, or migrate assets and change operating settings. Token holders do not direct those actions under V1. Final addresses, signers, thresholds, and recovery procedures, and any later changes to them, must be disclosed before launch.

04 / FEES, ESTIMATES & CONFLICTS

Know where the money goes.

“Designated trading fees” means the treasury's creator share of the stonk.fun pool fee: 1% of each trade, out of a 2% total fee. It does not mean every trading fee, all trading volume, or all token-purchase proceeds. The other 1% goes to stonk.fun. Network costs and other charges may apply. Receipt of the treasury's share after graduation depends on stonk.fun continuing to forward it.

The site currently shows no recorded project acquisitions and identifies unconnected balance and fee feeds. It does not establish a verified wallet balance. The fee table describes the planned pool configuration, not a live transaction quote.

In a live version, card estimates would need identified sources and observation times. Estimates can be stale, incomplete, or wrong and may differ substantially from actual sale proceeds after fees, custody costs, and taxes. Available acquisition cash must remain separate from card valuation.

Team allocations, vesting, insider holdings, treasury funding, liquidity control, compensation, referral arrangements, and paid promotion have not yet been supplied. Do not assume that insiders have no holdings or financial incentives. Those facts and any material changes must be disclosed before purchase links are enabled.

05 / ELIGIBILITY & REGULATORY STATUS

Availability depends on location and law.

The proposed token-purchase flow is for adults aged at least 18 and any higher age required by applicable law. Permitted countries and U.S. availability have not been determined. The ability to view this website does not establish eligibility to purchase or a lawful offer in your location.

Do not use the project or a purchase link where participation is prohibited, or for transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions. Do not misrepresent your location or use technical measures to evade applicable restrictions. Obligations of people who launch, control, or provide services to the project are not transferred to users by this notice.

No SEC, CFTC, or other regulator approval, registration, exemption, or determination of the token’s legal status is represented here. The legal treatment of the token and related transactions depends on the actual structure, conduct, marketing, and applicable law.

Website content is general project information, not individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Obtain independent advice suited to your circumstances. Transactions can create tax and reporting obligations, even if a platform does not send a tax form.

No affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or Creatures is claimed. Pokémon names, characters, card artwork, and associated marks belong to their respective rights holders.

This site does not currently display Pokémon card artwork. Images of acquired cards, when shown, are not a license for commercial promotion and do not grant you reproduction or other intellectual-property rights. The project name and commercial use of artwork require separate clearance before launch.

References to Collector Crypt, stonk.fun, Raydium, Squads, Solana, USDC, grading providers, or other services identify planned technical dependencies or referenced products. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement. Third-party services set their own terms, restrictions, pricing, custody arrangements, and privacy practices.

07 / SITE-USE NOTICE — DRAFT

This site does not execute purchases.

This site describes the project before launch. It does not connect wallets, take custody of visitor assets, execute swaps, sell cards, accept payment, or provide customer accounts. Purchase continuation controls are disabled.

Any later purchase link must identify the verified token and destination. Before using an external market, check its terms, eligibility rules, fees, token address, and transaction details. An external link does not guarantee the destination’s safety or remove any responsibilities the project may have under applicable law.

Do not use the site to impersonate project contributors, mislead other users, conduct market manipulation, infringe intellectual-property rights, or interfere with systems. Never submit a seed phrase or private key through this website.

Information and availability may contain errors or change. No warranty of completeness, uninterrupted service, transaction success, or profitability is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law. This notice does not exclude liability for fraud or remove mandatory consumer, securities, privacy, or other statutory protections.

Before final contractual terms are used, legal review must identify the responsible parties and determine any required contact and complaint process, jurisdictional terms, and appropriate acceptance process. What this site does with data.

The site has no registration, wallet connection, contact form, advertising tags, analytics SDK, or application code that writes cookies, local storage, or session storage.

The site's hosting provider receives requests for pages and assets and may record network details, timestamps, and requested paths in access logs. Fonts and other assets are served from the site itself; the pages do not load third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. The site links to the project's X account, @pokestrategyx. X and other sites you choose to open have their own privacy practices.

A live deployment may have different hosting, logging, analytics, RPC, wallet, customer-support, or screening services. Public blockchain activity can be observable and persistent. Do not assume wallet activity is anonymous or that public blockchain records can be deleted.

Before public launch, a privacy review must identify any responsible controller and required contact details, actual data categories and purposes, applicable legal bases, processors and recipients, retention periods, international transfers, security practices, and any applicable privacy rights and consent choices. These details are not yet confirmed; this notice is not a finalized production privacy policy.

The proposed token flow is intended for adults. Do not submit children’s personal information. An adult-use statement alone is not a substitute for assessing whether the final service or marketing is directed to children.
